Sales / Account Representative
The successful person will have a solid understanding of VPNs: what they are, how they work, and what the core benefits are. Some understanding of using WHMCS and online help desks would be helpful. English required, additional languages a bonus, especially Spanish, Chinese, or Hindi.
VPN Systems Engineer (Part-Time)
The successful applicant will have significant experience with complex networks and server systems. You’ll be responsible for the helping design, develop, implement and maintain SupraVPN’s next-generation of VPN network infrastructure. The goal of this position is to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure in order to provide maximum security and performance for all VPN endpoints. You should be well versed in: Swan / IPsec / OpenVPN / OpenSSL / WireGuard, and related technologies.
VPN Technical Support Representative
The applicant would have a understanding knowledge VPN, VPN client software and configurations. You should be able to provide simple solutions and answers to sometimes complex questions and issues, while maintaining top-tier customer relations. An understanding of WHMCS and online help desks would be helpful. English required, additional languages a bonus, especially Spanish, Chinese, or Hindi.
